Away from the sunny shores of Sydney, and smack bang in the middle of London! What a difference in temperature.

The Danish Visit
Thursday finally arrived and at 10.47pm I was waiting at the station for Inger! It was so great to see her and we were able to catch up chatting before heading off to sleep.
Saturday was reserved for shopping all day. And thats what we did. First it was over to the cheaper side of town, then after that it was over to the outlets at Gun Wharf for yet more shopping. By the time we got home it felt like we had walked to Cambridge and back. After a brief rest we got into Coop and headed to the cinema to see "Forgetting Sarah Marshall". Extremely hilarious!!!!!! 5 stars. Everyone must go and see it.
Monday we woke up late, and I rang the office again to see if Grey's 4 had turned up yet. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! so unfair we were spewing! So we got all our junk food and sat in front of the tv and watched dvd's all day. We even watched the last 4 episodes from series 3 in prep for the new series. Then it was off to bed as it was going to be an early start the next morning to get Inger to Gatwick at 7.30am!!
Tuesday morning at 5.30am we got up and headed off to Gatwick! Got Inger to the airport and off she flew to Daneland!

Whats been going on?
Well the week was fairly normal, just work and coming home. Although I have now been on the cross trainer twice this week! Could only do about 20mins at a go but hoping to build it up. Seriously hard work.
Saturday I met up with Mila & Colin in London and we went and saw the History Boys at the Wyndham Theatre. It was excellent, just as good as the movie. After that it was a quick stop at the National Portrait Gallery, then on to Bella Italia for dinner. A nice time, then back on the train down to Portsmouth.
The best thing about the 1hr 30min train ride is that I got to finish my book, The Stand by Stephen King. My first book by him, and it was good, but I found it a bit slow. I'm more of a mind thriller that is always keeping you guessing but still it was good.
Off to Bristol this afternoon as I have a meeting with one of our architects on Monday morning. So going to crash at Dina's tonight. Going for dinner with Dina & Helen which will be really nice.
And the most exciting news................ 4 days till the Dane gets here! whoo hooo

New Stuff
My room is now complete. I got my new couch (which folds out into a bed) and my new cross trainer machine today so it's all done. As you can imagine the machine came in about a million pieces and I had to put it together. Took awhile but finally got it together.
