Summer has arrived!!!

Finally the sun has arrived and stayed! England in the summertime is beautiful and being so close to the sea now is amazing.

Saturday was spent watching Ben (housemate) playing a lacross tournament. It is the MOST violent game in the world. Basically you have to throw a ball around and whoeverhas the ball can be whacked as many times as you like. It's so crazy. Although Ben's team didn't win some of the boys came back to ours and we had our first BBQ on the roof. It was a golorious night, a beautiful sunset with the smell of the bbq. Afterwards it was off to the nightclub for a boogie before returning home for more drinks. I left them to it and went to bed about 2ish.

Sunday I was up and in my bikini on the roof. It was fantastic lying in the sun reading my book, I could almost imagine being back in Sydney. Headed down to Gun Wharf in the afternoon and they were having a mini Cooper display of all old style models. They were awesome, my Coop is twice the size of the originals. A bit pink at the moment but it will soon turn brown in preparation for my trip to Spain in 4 weeks!
