So Monday was a public holiday so Nat & I decided to go cycling around Epping Forest. It was a lovely day and the cycle was fun. We covered just under 8 miles and the weather was perfect. It's amazing what great parks and open areas we have around our house! Notice I have my new shoes & socks on.
